What Owners Say
"When you hit the brakes, the steering wheel immediately begins to shudder"
Anonymous A., TX (2019 Volvo S60 T6 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"This is initial problem before it becomes full blown terrible brake rotor shake when braking. It gets worse after the pulsation."
Anonymous A., PA (2019 Volvo S60 T6 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Had to take to dealership multiple times for brake pulsation and vibration 4 times they put new rotors, brakes 4"
Anonymous, NJ (2019 Volvo S60 T5 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Rotors replaced 3 times in under 40K miles. This last time, only 3 months ago, I paid for replacement for all 4 plus new brake pads for $1500. When driving on the highway for long periods and it is hot weather, the rotors warp and cause the wheels to vibrate and terrible braking experience. And this was with NEW ROTORS. This car has a design flaw."

"I drive all of my cars very hard and I tend to have a very heavy foot. This car has no problems getting up and moving but the brakes on the car totally suck. I have had to replace the rotors 3 times or basically every other service visit and they aren't cheap. 2nd, this car is extremely well footed in every kind of climate ... rain, snow, ice no problems at all, until you hit the brakes. They feel totally underpowered for the weight of this beast, like trying to stop a train with a kid on a tricycle."
