"rusted frame, Toyota had sent out a letter to have the frame replaced but I did not get the letter. I only found out about the letter 2 months after it expired when my mechanic discovered the rusted frame. Toyota refused to pay for a repair stating they sent me 3 letters. I had received 3 recall letters in the past and took care of the recall items. I had the frame repaired at the cost of $1900 and asked for at least half the cost and they still refused."
