"recently replaced both front & rear brakes after last year's previous maintenance - front brake job 12/06/22 (104,936 miles) and rear brake job 3/3/2023 (111,123); DEFECTIVE brake rotors replaced 4/24/2023 (113,499). brakes replaced again, front: 4/26/2024 (128,713), and rear: 5/10/2024 (129,351) - trying to determine if this is an issue with aftermarket parts OR maintenance location [non-dealership]"

"After changing my brakes and rotors last year with new ones, my van began pulsating within a month or two and I ended up having to change all 4 brakes/rotors again. Im not sure if it was just a faulty set of rotors but it was expensive!"

The next oil change I was told I had a leaking water pump that appeared to have been leaking for some time. $1200. The next oil change I was told I needed $1700 more service including replacing the coolant. I asked why and was told it was routine to clean out the cooling system. I pointed out that they had replaced the coolant twice in 6 months and why it had to be done again. I have since moved on to an independent service garage. The $1700 service quote was done by them for less than $600."

This is not the first rodent damage to a fuel line we have had and the manufacturers should use materials for this critical system that don't attract the rodents and are more damage resistant."
