"Took my Camry in for scheduled maintenance and the alignment quick check indicated my car needed alignment. Performed that and the car steered worse than before the fix, drove for a couple of weeks then I took it back into the dealership for a second alignment for the problem, it improved the steering of the car. The dealer attributed the problem to us hitting a curb somewhere because there was an old mark on the wheel and a cut on the tire. No way I could prove they were wrong but I will take it to a tire shop to get an alignment next time."
