The insurance company (USAA) would not pay to replace anything but the glass while "repairing" the mildew smell and dents. The leather seating surfaces were never the same. The leather stretched in some places. We apply a leather protector once a year (like we do to the other cars) but the seats are worn and cracking. The dashboard is failing and flaking apart."

"I have never had this problem living in the PNW with any other vehicle, but the weather striping all around the car failed unbeknownst to me, and water pooled in the trunk, causing me to have to replace all fabric/covers/spare tire and tools in the trunk due to mold."

"I don't remember exactly what part was at fault, but the entire heating and A/C system had to be troubleshooted in the cabin and dashboard area. The doors, dashboard and front console were exposed and repaired as needed. The dealer kept my car 2 days and provided me the pictures."
