"To my surprise, car came equipped with holder for front license plate. The Model Y did not come with such a holder--but the Model S does. Front license plates are not used or supplied in Florida. The holder spoils the lines of the front of the car, and was not designed to be user-removable. Tesla refused to remove it (even if I paid). So I took car to an authorized body shop (2.5 hour drive from my home) for the work."
