"My stereo often suddenly increases the volume as if some turned up the base. The sound only comes out the the driver side speaker when this occurs. The only way I can return the volume to a normal setting is to go from FM stereo to Sirius XM or vice versa. Sometimes I must try to do this several times until the volume lowers and the music returns to all the speakers. Subaru has attempted to do fix it by doing updates but this problem continues. It is very aggravating."
