What Owners Say
"The convertible top control strings broke and MB wouldnt repair under warranty!"
Anonymous, NC (2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E400 3.0-L V6 turbo)"Run flat tires and no spare is the worst. I have had to get towed several times due to hitting a moderate pothole and having a side blow out of the tire. I've had to replace 4 tires since purchase due to blowouts. Also, their oil change monitoring system is a problem. I only have service at MERCEDES-BENZ certfied shops, but the oil change reset is almost always messed up. Currently it says I am 30,000 miles past due on service even thought I have never missed a service. This may be a huge issue when I try to sell the car."

"Convertible top cords (used to raise/lower the top) started to fray. Replaced top, headliner and cord kit air a cost of $9000. The problem is due to a design flaw and it common."
