"This vehicle has been in the shop three times since we bought it in late January for a total time in the shop in excess of 45 days. It is there now and they are unable to eliminate the problem - a phantom draw drains the battery and EVERYTHING is dead as a result. We have had six wont start incidences. We have asked them to repurchase the vehicle under the Washington State Lemon Law. We could not be more frustrated on their incredibly slow response and are getting close to getting legal counsel. The dealer, Beaverton Kia, has been wonderful to work with in the most terrible customer experience in my lifetime."

"The Air Conditioning system suddenly stopped working after only having the car for a couple months. It will put out cold air for a couple minutes or miles driven, then it stops and just blows ambient temp air into the cabin, so I have to drive with windows open!"
