"Air conditioning goes off and then will come back on. Display disappears"

"Sometimes the screen will just go blank when you start the jeep up. It will stay blank as long as it wants to and will just come back on on its own"

"We tow this Jeep in recreational towing mode. The Jeep battery always discharged after about 3 days of towing cross country. After visiting three Jeep dealers, one older technician told me that the stabilization package is always running and discharges the battery when the Jeep is being towed. So I configured the umbilical cord to keep the Jeep battery charged when connected behind our motor coach. Another Jeep technician later told me that the Jeep system should be programmed to disable the stabilization package during recreational towing. The technical expertise of various Jeep technicians seems to vary considerably."
