Sometimes incoming calls will come into our cell phone, sometimes into the Apple CarPlay, sometimes the phone will not ring through to us at all. We usually wait until we stop to refill the fuel or restroom break to return the phone calls as calls are often dropped."

"Apple car play will not allow us to interface with one or more of our phones, usually whichever one we are using for GPS directions, so we end up having to hold our phone up by the steering wheel to see the GPS directions. Mainly a problem when traveling through unfamiliar towns when we need the GPS the most. Does not indicate North, South, East or West. Sometimes will interface with our phone for GPS screen, phone calls, etc and other times completely unavailable. Cannot use the radio because Apple Car Play blocks us from using the radio. Overall very frustrating and fails us when we most need it. Refuses to let us switch to the other phone if both of us are in the car with our phones. This occurs most when we are driving and of course the passenger is trying to switch Apple Car Play to the phone we want on the screen. So we stop the car and we still cannot switch the screen to the cell phone that we want to view on screen. When a call comes in on our cell phone, it is not consistent whether we can answer on our phone or on Car Play. So we never know which place to answer the phone and thus often miss the call. This is most inconvenient and sometimes dangerous while driving. Would be so simple if the Apple CarPlay worked consistently and we could answer the phone with voice commands. Would be easier not to have the Car Play at all, then we wouldn't be counting on using it and be so disappointed and frustrated."
