"Android Auto is supposed to be wireless. I have had both a Samsung S21 and now a Samsung S24 (flagship phones, not budget ones) and both phones have experienced issues connecting with the car. It's so regular and recurring that I gave up and use a cord. But now even the USB port on the car is giving me issues in maintaining a stable connection in android auto. It's really frustrating because I drive a lot and I need the GPS guidance."
