"I can't send or receive phone calld from the car. This is a persistent and recurring problem. Honda dealership can't or won't try to fix it."

"When more than one phone is paired with the car and two people are in the car at the same time, selection of who connects to CarPlay is not consistent. If the wrong phone connects, then the car requires you to pull over and stop the vehicle to change to a different connected phone. This may be a "feature" and not a "bug", but this did not happen with previous Honda vehicles I have owned."

"The car experienced a major malfunction on April 14th, 2024, where it lost power while sitting at a stoplight and every system failure message appeared on the dashboard. I was able to shut off, then restart power (still had errors on dash) and took it to the local Honda dealer. After 2 days, they concluded it was the Ignition Control Module, an issue they said is trending with the new Accord. They also said the part is on national backorder and it could possibly take 6 months. They deemed the car not safe to drive. They offered no options, no remorse, no loaner. I have been in contact with Honda (corporate) Customer Service to have a case manager attempt to expedite. As of this comment, the car has been sitting for over 3 weeks."

"As in a previous comment related to this issue, after the car stalled and I was able to revive it (with many warning on the dash), the Honda Service Dept determined it was the Ignition Control Module, a part on national backorder that could take up to 6 months. The dealer indicated many 2024 models are having failures. The car is unsafe to drive and it has been over 3 weeks since taking it to the service dept."

"It started at 500 miles. Dealer tried several times to fix it. The fix would last only a few days. They finally replaced the part. It still rattles occasionally, so I know I will have to have them try again. They have found the problem. The attachments will just not stay attached. Everytime they fix it it stays fixed for a few days."

"There was a grinding noise in the dash when the AC/Heat was switched on/off or recirc was switched on/off. It required replacing the motor on the vent door in the dash. Internet indicated this is a common problem. Service manager indicated this is a common problem and knew what part to order without examining it."
