"on long trips in the summer, AC would stop operating and in fact, contribute heat to the car.problem was intermittant but recurred 4 times, beginning 2 years after purchase. tried to get it fixed, Genesis extended the warrantee, but still uncertain it fixed until our next trip. problem is likely in what ppears to be a diverter damper that sounds like flapping. If we shut the AC off while continuing to drive, it sometimes recovers and operated normally."
