The truck overheated one day because the water pump was completely failing. We ordered parts from Amazon. We replaced the water pump, hoses, fan clutch, serpentine belt, thermostat. Replacing those parts fixed the ussue."

"OBD codes were due to rear anti-knock sensor short circuit due to moisture invasion. This was covered by a TSB back in 2003 but dealer no longer honors this due to vehicle age."

"Water pump seal began to leak coolant, which got worse over a 12 month period until it was leaking 2 quarts per week. Also replaced power steering pump because it had a small leak at the shaft seal. Also replaced accessory belt aand a/c/ belt."
