"auto was rear ended on May 4,2024 and pushed into another object causing both front and rear damage. It took a month to get it into the repair shop, then the parts ordering system was attacked by a ransomware issue (?) delaying the work. It was returned supposedly finished , but nothing had been done about the front end damage and it was dead in the driveway the following day due to water damage in the amplifier of the infotainment system caused by either the repair shop or the dealership- they are blaming each other- I'm still without my car. Insurance is paying for a rental and now I'm worried about the long term repercussions of water damage to the electronics system. The reason I might not buy another Buick isn't so much a brand issue as it is the problems with getting appropriate service in a timely manner and feeling like the repair shop and dealer are passing the buck on who caused the water damage- Its now August 4th- 3 months and still ongoing..."
