"Dashboard screen goes dark. Problem never resolved. BMW just said theyre all like that. BMW dealerships were extremely difficult to work with. They deny the problem exists then grudgingly admit its a problem they cant fix. Basically its tough luck."

I have to remember my account and password, which I've tried many times after delaying for a while because it appears I had to use the center console knob to enter the account name and password. I tried several times and my name or pw was wrong. After a while I get some option to select instead of retyping, however still not correct when I use the name and pw for connected drive on my iPhone. Now I tried three times in one day and each time it got interrupted by some other message and did not return to the prompt, and this when I was prepare to enter that I forgot my password... And it is now going directly to Car Play after I connected a again."
