"In March 2024, the exterior driver door handle became separated from the door. this caused me to have to open the driver door by opening the window and using the interior door handle for entry. the door handle assembly bolt had loosened and fell off inside the door. this part could not be fixed and required replacing the entire door assembly, causing the vehicle to be in the shop for 1.5 days. the problem has been resolved."

"the dpf heater cable needed to be replaced. the cable itself had to be snaked through many areas from the front of the car to the back, thus requiring much labor to replace. this caused the vehicle to be inoperable for .5 days and has been resolved. the problem occurred in March 2024."
