Audi A6

The A6 holds its own among luxury sedans but is beginning to show its age. A 300-hp, supercharged V6 engine went a long way. Minor cosmetic alterations freshened the look a bit. Handling remained responsive and secure, the seats are very comfortable and the interior is beautifully finished. The new engine came close to delivering the power of a V8 with the fuel economy of a V6. Some felt the ride was not as comfortable as it ought to be and the Audi's secondary controls continued to draw complaints of being needlessly confusing and difficult to use.
