Acura NSX First Drive
Introduction
The aluminum-bodied NSX is a true exotic sports car in the vein of classic midengine Ferraris. Although it was introduced back in 1991, the car is still agile and fun to drive. The V6 gurgling behind the two-seater cockpit revs eagerly and the shifter is a joy to use. Handling is ultra-responsive and invigorating, but at its cornering limits, the tail can slide without an advanced notice. The controls are as user-friendly as they are in a Honda Accord. An automatic transmission is optional, but it detracts from the car's appeal. This is the last year for the NSX.
